#YESWEEKEND 04 – Pic Nic for all tastes on the hills of Emilia Romagna

A weekend of good food and relaxation surrounded by nature, in special places where hospitality is at home. Ready for your picnic?

A weekend among the vineyards, the hills, the beautiful 'free-range' farmhouses where you can taste all the culinary delights that a land like Emilia Romagna can offer.

A dream? Not at all: in the summer season there are many proposals to be seized on the fly .

In our #YESWEEKEND this time we're taking you right there, to the region where Ross comes from, famous for its great hospitality and taste for 'bon vivre'.

There are many structures that they have created initiatives and events of all kinds , in farmhouses, in bucolic gardens, in nature reserves or ancient villages. All under the banner of the so-called 'slow tourism' , because relaxing is 'a serious matter' which must be taken at the right pace, perhaps putting the cell phone in the bag for a while!

Where to go and what to do for a picnic themed weekend

Apericnic in Val Ceno : the Il Pozzo B&B and La Macina di Bardi (PR), an ancient former mill , organizes aperitifs and picnics in the garden based on typical products and wines to taste. If you are in the area, a visit to the is a must village of Bardi , on the Via Francigena, with its imposing castle.
