Orders are processed within 24/48 hours from the moment the order is received. The estimated delivery time is 24/48 hours from the moment the goods are entrusted to the courier.

The delivery times indicated by the courier are indicative and change depending on the reference area, the nearest branch, any strikes and/or protests.
For remote or difficult to reach locations or for reasons of force majeure, the timing may vary from the times mentioned.
On the evening of shipment, the user will receive the tracking number of the package via email.
The delivery location cannot be subsequently modified after the order, unless permitted by the courier itself.
If you receive damaged or damaged packages, please do not accept delivery.

Acceptance of damaged packages relieves the seller of any liability.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Within the European Union (EU), goods travel under the “FREE MOVEMENT OF GOODS” regime.

For EXTRA EEC countries and other places such as the Canary Islands / Channel Islands - others) goods may be subject to customs duties, import taxes of the destination country (such as customs inspection charges, health check charges etc) - THESE COSTS (if any) WILL BE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECIPIENT as importer. For Business to Consumer (B2C) orders, we assume that all products are for personal use only and not for resale.
So they will be shipped as “personal goods - products for personal use - NOT FOR RESALE”.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Personal goods are normally duty free except to Japan/China/Korea/Egypt - however if the parcel will be inspected by customs authority, the customs office may charge an additional fee for the IMPORT procedure.

Any additional tax will be charged to the importer - this is a standard procedure in case of import.
It is not possible to provide a quote for any customs duties / ADDITIONAL TAXES that may be required by the relevant customs office.
If these costs are applied they will have to be fully covered and paid by the importer.
